Deployment Defense or Building Defense is a military bonus that deployed units receive when defending buildings from being captured by enemies. The more units are deployed in a building the more effective they defend a building. This causes the first soldiers that defend buildings to resist a lot more enemy units.
The Deployment Defense value scales proportionally to the percentage of units that are deployed in a given building.
Most buildings possess a Deployment Defense scale of 1-10.
Technologies like Invite architects from Europe can expand this scale to 1-15.
